  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

4. Shipping Methods

  • We partner with reliable carriers such as Delhivery, Xpressbees or Shiprocket to deliver your order. The estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout.

  • Product will be delivered within 5-7 business days within the India  Expedited options may be available at an additional cost.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Tecbunny.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@tecbunny.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date to file a claim.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

At Tecbunny.com, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the process for returning faulty products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Faulty Products Only: Only products received in a faulty or defective condition are eligible for return. Faulty products must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Faulty products must be in their original packaging and include all original accessories and documentation. Non-faulty products are not eligible for return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Non-faulty products, custom orders, perishable goods, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • We have 7 days return policy.

2. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@tecbunny.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos) within 7 days of receiving the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Shipping Returns: We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible faulty products. Include the RMA number with your return package.

  • Return Address: Ship returns to the address provided in the RMA instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your faulty product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method in 7 business days. Original shipping costs will be refunded for faulty products.

  • Non-Refundable Cases: No refunds will be issued for products that are not faulty or reported after the 7-day period.

4. Warranty and Service Center

  • Warranty Claims: For products under warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer’s service center for repairs or replacements. Tecbunny.com does not handle warranty claims directly. Contact us at support@tecbunny.com for assistance in identifying the appropriate service center.

  • Proof of Purchase: Retain your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase for warranty claims.

5. Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

  • All the approved exchange and replacement will be completed within 7 business days
