Return Window
- Eligible products: Most unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Electronics & accessories: Items that are sealed and unused can be returned within 7 days; defective items may qualify for warranty replacement.
- Non-returnable items: Downloadable software, subscription services, gift cards, and products labeled “non-returnable” at checkout.
Return Conditions
- Products must be in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Returns must include the invoice and any warranty cards.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components may be refused or subject to partial refunds.
Return Process
- Raise a return request through your TecBunny account or email support@tecbunny.com with your order ID and reason.
- Our team will share return shipping instructions or schedule a pickup if available in your region.
- Pack the product securely; include all original packaging materials and accessories.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will approve or reject the return based on the criteria above.
Exchange Policy
Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund or offer store credit based on your preference.
Refund Timelines
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit within 7–10 business days once bank details are verified.
- Store credit is issued immediately after the return is approved and is valid for 12 months.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours with supporting photos/videos. We may offer troubleshooting, replacement, or refund based on product category and availability.
